I have a handheld gaming console (Ayaneo 2) running fully updated Windows 11 and it gets stuck for a long time when shutting down. After I enabled verbose mode, I can see that it stops at "System event notification service" which I am assuming is due to some crappy driver not responding to system events.
Is there a way to reduce the wait time (it seems to be around 10 minutes) so that it waits for say 30 seconds and continues shutdown?
