tl;dr I would like Remote Desktop sessions to first ask the currently active logged-in user if they will allow the requested Remote Desktop Session

There is a busy Windows 10 PC that shares a single user (I know, a single shared user is not ideal). People are often using this PC in-person, that is, physically present at the PC Display Monitor and using the connected mouse and keyboard. On occasion, other people need to Remote Desktop to this Windows PC.

Currently, a Remote Desktop user can login and the physically present user then sees an abrupt Windows lock screen.

Instead, of this abrupt lock screen, I would like Windows to ask the currently logged in local user if they will allow the remote user to login. e.g. a popup window asking something like "user such-and-such would like to login remotely, click OK to allow remote login and be locked out"

Is there a Windows setting to ask the currently logged-in local "physical" user to allow a newly requested Remote Desktop session?
