So I originally posted this question about some issues I'm having with RDP sessions over XRDP on Debian 11:

After some further investigating, I found that xrdp-sesman isn't listening on port 3350 like it should. This is what I see when checking on the active ports by calling netstat -plnta4:

I can see xrdp active on port 3389, which is expected, but I don't see anything listening on 3350, which xrdp-sesman should be. I also ran systemctl list-units and I can see that xrdp-sesman is actively running. I'm not sure where I need to look in order to get this fixed. I've tried hunting it all down, but I can't seem to find anything relevant. If it helps, here's the current values in /etc/xrdp/sesman.ini:

I don't think that I have made any changes to this file myself, so this should be the default contents (minus all the comments). If I need to post the contents of any other config/ini file, let me know.
